Originally built in 1915, the Corporation Building has been transformed by the Shomof Group from a garment manufacturing edifice into a creative and high end office rental structure that boasts beautiful rooftop views. The building’s current tenants include multiple law and architectural firms, artists, fashion designers, film production offices and other creative firms. The 80,000 SF building has been owned by Shomof Group since 2013 and is home to the Corporation Food Hall — a ground floor dining experience that consists of nine different chef counters boasting different cuisines and a bar at one end.
