Vacant since the 1994 Northridge earthquake, the Shomof Group converted Panorama Tower using the adaptive reuse ordinance by converting the building from an office tower to 194 residential units. The Shomof Group completed major renovations of the entire property which now sits at 100% occupancy. Panorama Tower is a 186,000 sq. ft. building that is one of several developments that has transformed the San Fernando Valley.
