PREMIER TOWER

The Premier Tower Lofts is an innovative apartment building that is composed of two structures both dating to the 1920s, the California Canadian Bank and E.F. Hutton Building. The project failed after being converted to apartments in the 1980’s by the CRA. Izek Shomof acquired the property in 2002, and was able to stabilize and upgrade all of the 

deferred maintenance—giving the building life again. In 2006, Shomof Group began doing massive cosmetic upgrades to the building increasing the comfortability for the tenants at no additional cost to the residents.
